Location of room. I was in room 101 which found out was next to the doors everyone used to get to their rooms. They constantly banged when people used them. This made it difficult to sleep

Comfortable spacious rooms. 24 hour check in was very convenient,as we were arriving from New Zealand and our flight from Singapore to Heathrow was majorly delayed. We were able to check in after midnight.

We ordered 1 breakfast to the room to share with 2 people. They sent 2 breakfasts,so we had to pay for the 2,which wasn’t what we requested!

It was clean , well equipped, decent bar, great staff ,good choices for breakfast ,comfortable beds .

The bathroom was a bit dark, because there was no windows, and the lighting was a bit dim, and the mirror steamed up .
