Topcamp Hallingdal - Ål

The facilities were great and the view from the cabin of the river was lovely. Cooker and oven and kitchen facilities were good. The deck was lovely to have breakfast on beside the river.

There was no curtains or blinds to the rear windows so wasn't as private from people walking on the path. Working the cooker was a bit confusing and our neighbors had the same trouble working it out too. We couldn't get our electricity/ lights working in the bedrooms/bathroom. This could be an easy fix, we didn't ask about it as we were only staying one night and the reception was closed. Some more instructions may be useful for this sort of thing.

We liked our cabin a lot, it was super cozy and next to the river rapids. Our daughter enjoyed the outdoor playground and the trampoline area. The bistro was open on the day we arrived so we enjoyed some food there. Great stop on the Bergen - Oslo train line.

The bathroom drain was a bit smelly

This place spectacular, very comfy and extremely beautiful. People were very nice and helping.

Traveled on Easter with the family. Very nice cabins with riverview. Quiet place in wintertime. Good fireplace but bring your own wood. Bedclothes included, packed and very clean. For the price it is a top! Will certainly come back.
