Bonjour, Mon séjour s’est bien passé et j’ai beaucoup apprécié le confort de l’établissement ainsi que la qualité des installations. Cependant, je souhaite partager deux petites remarques pour vous aider à améliorer l’expérience des clients : La remise de la carte pour accéder à la chambre pourrait être mieux expliquée. Étant étranger, j’aurais apprécié recevoir plus d’informations ou d’assistance de la part du personnel à mon arrivée. Ce sont de petits détails, mais je pense qu’ils pourraient rendre l’accueil encore meilleur. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité.

Si van al estadio Volcan esta perfecto. Te subes al metro y ala siguiente parada ahi te bajas y llegas directo al estadio. La regresada igual. El breakfast 10 de 10!!! Y el precio muy accessible!
