Akra Fethiye The Residence Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive - Adults Only

I spent a week here with my daughter this half term and it was just perfect. Everything you could need - delicious food and drink on tap, plenty of pools or the beach to choose from in the day and some great entertainment in the evenings. We booked a spa experience after Hamdi and Sammy told us about the great packages on offer. Hamdi was fantastic and we really enjoyed the hammam experience. We’ve had many spa days but not experienced a Turkish Hamam ritual before. Would definitely recommend. The full body massage was wonderful too.

Our third time back at this hotel and it really is the most amazing place. The staff can not do enough, the food is incredible and the attention to detail is wonderful. Would highly recommend the cabanas - Hakan and Ramazan were wonderful. We were welcomed back in style by Ceaser and Ramazan in the Sunset and Amber restaurants. And Gokhan was wonderful in the buffet. Please do use the spa, it’s an incredible experience. The hammam and massages are worth the money. Waymu was fabulous and Hamdi was great at providing a personal touch. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend travelling here and have full trust they will cater for your every need.

Nice well maintained hotel. Food at buffet was acceptable never very hot, a large selection but very little cooked fresh eg grilled meat and fish. Dining in the alacarte restaurants was very good. Staff all excellent, friendly and helpful . Drink selection was excellent. Room in adult section was large, clean and comfortable, a little tired. The reason for 3 stars and also the reason we will not return was that smoking is allowed in all outside areas eg around pool, at bars and restaurants. We would return if they adopted the same rules as in Spain and had designated smoking areas.

We had another fantastic visit to this hotel in October. The staff are always so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. This was our 7th visit, and we have another booked for early next year. We would like to say a special thank you to Ismail. Ismail genuinely always seems pleased to see us each time we return, and as we see him throughout our stay, he always asks how we are and if everything is ok with our stay. The welcome we receive makes us come back time and time again. There is a wonderful lady who works in the restaurant, Meryem who makes, I’m sure, hundreds of omelettes every morning! My husband goes to get his omelette each morning, and she always has a smile on her face, always asks how he is and is just a ray of sunshine. She never seems flustered, even when there is a long queue, she always asks everyone how they are. She also makes the best omelette in any hotel we’ve stayed at, according to my husband. We would also like to say thank you to Gurhan who is always very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotless, and we see cleaners sweeping and cleaning throughout the day inside and outside. The management team have a real presence daily and always say hello and ask if everything is ok. The food is excellent, both in the buffet and al a carte. The adult areas are perfect and one of the reasons we keep coming back, the hotel does an excellent job keeping adult only areas for adult use only. The lifeguards have asked parents to leave the area when they have tried to sit around the pool with younger children, and this was handled so very well, as I'm sure it's not an easy conversation to have with guests. All in all, we had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back.

We had a fantastic week at Akra Fethiye! The hotel is spotless, modern, and perfectly set up for families. Our swim-up room was in a great location near the main pool and bar. The buffet food was excellent with loads of choice, and the Italian à la carte was a real highlight. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The spa experience (Turkish bath and massage) was amazing, and there’s plenty to do – football, archery, aqua aerobics, and a great gym. The Beach Bar DJ at sunset was a lovely touch. Tip: take mosquito spray – we got bitten a lot!

Náš už druhý pobyt v tejto oáze pokoja,butikovy hotel ,aj ked v čase nášho pobytu bol plne obsadený ,nemali sme pocit že je tam veľa ľudí .Tento krat sme mali izbu priamo prepojenú s bazenom,jedným slovom ,nadhera.Všetko vrátane dispozície a zariadenia izby,na vysokej urovni.Vyborne jedlo,servírované formou ala carte,každý večer tematické večere formou menu.Personal počnúc od recepcie ,pri samotnom príchode aj odchode,robí maximum pre spokojnosť klienta,rovnako aj obsluhujúci personál ,upratovačky,skratka všetko tam funguje ako dobre zohratý tím .Povesna Turecka pohostinnosť ,v tomto hotely je realita aku treba zažiť .Nadherna upravená záhrada ,dobre premyslene nočné osvetlenie celého areálu ,len umocňujú pocit dokonalosti. Toto je miesto stvorené na dokonali relax ,kľud ,pohoda v spojení s špičkovým servisom v nádhernom prostredí .Radi sem prideme opäť ❤️

Nemam čo vytknúť . Môj jediný negatívny komentár súvisi ani nie s hotelom,vstup do mora je cez pas velkoformatoveho štrku (čo chápem ,vzhľadom na chránenú oblasť v súvislosti s Caretou )skôr to tu spomeniem,je vhodná obuv do vody.V mori je inak pieskové podložie.

Just on our last night of our 2 week holiday . We have been many times in the last 10 years . The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you Tui and Akra staff alike . My husband is spoiled by a wonderful man who makes his G&T. He states no one other than my late father can make anywhere as good a Huseyin Cakan . Huseyin has such a flare for his craft from the taste to the presentation . In the adults dining area Isa as usual looked after us so well . From the general manager Asli and all her staff you are looked after so well. You see Mehmet walking around if you ask him anything he sorts it out . There are so many examples to mention My one wish is for matresses on the sun beds !. We look forward to our next holiday

I am not sure if we have been spolit on our last 5 star stay with Tui but this hotel was very clean, the staff were all lovely but there are a few things that I would have expected to be better. We chose this hotel over other choices as it had more than just the buffet restaurant but we tried to book on the first day of arrival for each restaurant on each day and time slot and everything was fully booked which was very disappointing. We spoke to the team who managed to get a slot for us on the last night we were there but had no option of the other restaurants but every night they certainly did not look full and had alot of empty tables throughout the evening. That being said the buffet restaurant was good with fresh choices and a variety each night so if you are happy with the one choice then thats fine. The rooms were very noisy and we were glad we were on the end because you could hear everything from the corridor and the noisy bed in the room above! All in all a good stay but lacking on a few elements as above that we would expect from a 5 star hotel.
