The location was in the centre of Turin walking distance to all major attractions which was brilliant.

The apartment was too cluttered, too much furniture for such a small area. There was no cleaning equipment so we had to buy our own but said if we didn’t clean there was fees and also on the description it said coffee would be provided which there was none. The sofa was very uncomfortable as cushions slide off every time you sit down and they looked nothing like the photos may do well as a sofa bed but not for a sofa. It was perfect for our stay as we had a friend’s wedding. P.S I think it would be a nice touch for beautiful Turin to have bottled water and maybe chocolates/ wine as it is a fantastic tourist town with very hot weather but the balcony was amazing and we will definitely be back to visit Turin :)

The location is just perfect, literally in heart of Torino and at the same time on a small street without city noise! The apartment has truly nice ambient, it’s situated in an old beautiful building, we liked a terrace with flowers, the pictures and the cosy bedroom upstairs ☺️There is a good heating system and it was warm, it’s also important👍🏻 Thank you, we’ve enjoy our Christmas in Torino and in your apartment!

There was no any soap for washing hands, only small shampoo sachet :( We bought the soap by ourselves and left it there, next guests, you’re welcome 😆 Some kindly advice: it also would be great to have some coffee pot or coffemachine, anything to make coffee, we only found a kettle and drank Nescafé 😆, and maybe you could leave even some coffee/tea/sugar for guests :)

Not being able to stand up when I got out of the bed in the loft because the ceiling is only five feet from the floor.

The property is very good. It is very well equipped, with all the kitchen stuff you might need. Towels and blankets are supplied and that is great. The apartment was very clean. The location is very good also, you have Piazza Vittorio Venetto at 1 block where you can find lots of caffès and also some night pubs, and lots of bus and tram stops, and the city center is at about 10 blocks.

Some points less because of the mattress, that should be checked by the owners/administrators! It has lots of springs that hurt your back. I was on my own so every night I moved around the mattress trying to find a right spot, for 2 people that might be really uncomfortable.
