Good selection. Hot food, loved pancake machine

The location was good. The choice on the buffet style breakfast was good.

While the hotel's location was convenient and the buffet breakfast offered a good variety of choices, my overall experience was disappointing due to the condition and maintenance of the room. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard upon arrival. The toilet and shower area were visibly dirty, and the toilet seat was loose. I was particularly concerned to find leftover fried rice inside one of the pillows, which raised serious concerns about housekeeping standards. During my four-night stay, the room was not serviced, and towels, toiletries, and other amenities were not replenished. Given the length of my stay, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and housekeeping attention. While the location and breakfast were positive aspects of the hotel, the poor cleanliness and lack of room servicing significantly affected my stay.

It was super easy to book and the staff was amazing! After our breakfast we signed up for a free ride to the airport which I thought was an amazing feature they offer.

I did not have any complaints tbh

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We were right next to the elevator but was not bothered by any noise. The location was close to everything we needed. The food was good.

Our phone in the room did not work and the ice maker on our floor was not working. For both we were not told about it and had to find out for ourselves. That was frustrating.

I was able to get anything I needed…extra towels, shuttle to the airport, and even a bowl of Cheerios when it was technically past breakfast hours. The staff is awesome, all so friendly and helpful.

The pillows! I think they can use some updating. (But I still slept fine)

The location and the shuttle was very convenient. Being able to leave our vehicle on site was also nice.

The lady at the desk at check in was less than happy to be there. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. At around 3 am there were kids running down the hallway. No sleep was to be had for us.
