Shuttle was a regular car, without sign, so the driver left and I had to call again. It was very cold outside.I suggest to have at least a sign in hand with the name of the hotel!!!!

Nothing much just by the airport just to show my kids how the airplanes look in the air close up

Housekeeping does not clean the room properly to where my two-year-old ejected a pill and had to get transported to the hospital

Decent location, low cost

The room was dirty. Crumbs everywhere. Handprints and grime on the glass shower. Dirty footprints in the shower. Shower didn’t drain well. No shampoo or body wash in the bottles in the shower. The fridge did not get cold and our food went bad. The kids had to wear shoes in the room bc the edges between hardwood and tile had big sharp gaps. The beds were not comfortable but that’s the least of my concerns. I didn’t bother complaining bc what do you expect for the price, but I don’t plan to stay there again when we are back in town. It was just a last minute booking when Ronald McDonald house couldn’t fit us.
