We booked a 2-night stay at this place, but what we got was far from what was advertised. We arrived at a house away from the main property, which didn't match the pictures in any angle. The temperature was 36-40°C at night, and the 'aircon' in the rooms was a heating-only central system, rendering it useless for cooling. We were given a small cooler for the rooms, but it didn't help lower the temperature, and we didn't sleep the whole night. The next day, we went to the reception to complain about the issues, and they moved us to a motel style two separate rooms with working AC. However, the mattresses in these rooms were terrible. We paid almost $600 for this stay and felt it was a rip-off of our hard-earned money.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The apartment was above our expectations in all areas.

I liked the size of the apartment

Patio wasn’t clean, and the chairs had hole in them. It was not aesthetically pleasing. There was an echo in the house as it felt quiet empty. The house besides the property was banished and didn't give a good vibe.
