The Aspen & Apartments

The Aspen is a renovated smallish old style motel, two things stand out, the quality of the renovations which have truly brought the motel into the 21st century and the genuine, friendly customer service displayed. The owner, who I dealt with throughout clearly loves his property and loves serving the customers, nothing was too much trouble and service came with a real smile.

Large room with 2 comfortable chairs. Clean bathroom with very nice toiletries supplied. Requests were made about Breakfast which was well cooked and delivered at time scheduled. Good location and very pleasant staff. Price of room affordable and competitive with good location to city centre.

Unfortunately had someone turn there TV on loud in the room next door at 2.30am….but that was not any reflection on Aspen….just someone being inconsiderate at that time of the morning.

The staff and facility were fantastic. I cannot rate them high enough.

Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful! Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment very nice, spacious and clean. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Sale.
