No coffee available in the lobby until 6:00 A.M. Would have been nice for those of us with early departure

Breakfast was terrible the milk was curdled when you expect a free breakfast yet would think bacon and eggs but not to-be had there. The only hot food was waffles the orange juice machine wasn’t working right.

Convenience, clean, and staff was very accommodating

The night clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was bright and cheery and clean.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. We were told the facility was all nonsmoking. This smell was an inbedded smell, it wasn’t from the previous guest smoking. It was in the furniture. Our mattress sunk down several inches when we laid down. And lumpy. The mirror had spots on it that appeared to be from someone brushing and flossing. Gross. Very limited “breakfast”. But we weren’t too surprised given the low cost of our room. However, there was no decaf coffee. We were told they don’t make it because no one drinks it… yet there we were asking for it. We just received a shrug.

I loved the location of the hotel.

Breakfast was over when I got there.

They charged a 100 dollar deposit for possible damages on a one night stay. They said it would not be returned to me immediately because of the holiday. I am a 63 female. What damage did they think I was going to do??
