The front desk customer service was exceptional

We loved staff and the Pool .

One of the bed squeaked all night as we moved. Also breakfast was not very good

Clean room in good area. Only stayed a night since we were passing thru to Florida. Felt safe and would stay again.

The room floor was dirty it was a roach in my room the phone didn't work there was mold on the corner floor the ironing board was broke the iron was missing it was not a good couple of days

Pictures do not match the actual rooms. Very dirty. Towels had holes in them. Door was broken. AC unit leaked and also refrigerator.

Room was nice and clean and comfortable the bed was kinda hard but not the worst I’ve slept on

The bed was kinda hard and the pool closed at 9pm which was too early

The AC worked and it was convenient to the interstate as we traveled through

Run down is an understatement!! The pictures don’t show the filth. It was dirty, stains on the walls, pillows blankets and towels were dingy with rips and tear’s. It smelled of smoke and mold. Only 1 of the 3 rooms we had was passable. The laminate floor had holes and was buckled. The bed was broken. There was dust on the sink faucet, visible dirt and stains on the ironing board. The bathroom was atrocious: broken toilet, tub rings, broken door knob and rust everywhere. I advised the front staff of the smell and she looked at me like she had no idea what I was saying to her when I said I would not be charged for smoke smells in the rooms. If it wasn’t after midnight when we arrived I would have cancelled and stayed at a different hotel. We did not even attempt to eat the breakfast or swim at this facility.

The pool was nasty and the water didn’t get hot enough in the sink
