TV didn't work waited 1 hour for help lady at desk by herself then couldn't turn off TV unplugged then couldn't turn on laundry service out of order an very dirty where ice machine was
USUSUSUSThere was a bed to sleep in. The lobby was cute.
No towels. When we asked for towels I was told the staff wasn't here to give us any but they would when they arrived . Two hours later... still no towels. Breakfast was sparce to say the least. There was some sort of filtration system/ garbage disposal on the counter in the breakfast area.
Upon entering the room the first thing I noticed was the carpet was dirty and had multiple holes in it, a large space where the as advertised picture showed a comfortable chair, no chair. The bed appeared to be clean and the pillows were ok. I noticed dead bugs behind one of the night stands when plugging in my phone charger, I didn't look behind the other one! The bathroom had hair on the floor and I saw small bugs on the floor, needless to say I slept with the lights on. Breakfast was marginal at best the only redeeming quality was the coffee. The shower was ok the water was hot. The washing machine in the ice room was out of order, the out of order sign appeared to have been there for quite a while. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it anyone. If it had not been so late at night I would have gone somewhere else.
It was good just in our room the shower curtain was to high so water got all over the bathroom floor
