Days Inn by Wyndham Abilene

This place is trash. Don't stay. I saw $97 a night added half a week on and the used the proce to $130 a night. The ac leaked for 4 days and was walking in puddles in the carpet. Place was horrible

There was NO compassion for an extenuating circumstance that led to the cancellation of the reservation. The doctor appointment for whom we needed this local room, was cancelled at the LAST minute- within minutes of our check-in time. I understand the cancellation policy, but there should be SOME consideration for unavoidable circumstances such as this! I'll never use Days Inn again, if some allowances cannot be made for such issues.

Room smelled like mildew found bugs in room blood on bed. Workers were very rude when we told them the problem and wouldn’t give us an extra towel and charged us for their dirty towel that has apple juice in it

The room smelled clean but there were 7 dead, large crickets that my husband removed.

Rooms were not clean or sanitized, had a smell and smoke detectors were wrapped in plastic bag and inoperable. Towels were not adequate and plugs in bathroom area and coffee maker not working.

Towels were clean and white as well were bed sheets. Comfortable beds, clean floor. An old outdated chair, bed side lamps were inoperable and slow drain in bath room sink. Otherwise out stay was enjoyable

Horrible! Room smelled stale like covered up cigarettes. A/C was cold but sounded like a bang when it came on. Toilet was loose on the floor and rocked. Toilet stopped up and wouldn't flush. Sounded like a party close by with loud cars, slamming doors till 2 or 3 AM. Hotel is old, dirty, and in need of renovations. The desk clerk is behind a plexiglass wall, so evidently even the staff doesn't feel safe there. It is hard for us to fathom that Wyndham Hotels attaches their name to these type hotels. Where is Wyndham's quality control???
