It is in a great location and has a pool and mini golf though we did not use them

The place is nice but it is being run into the ground. The walls are damaged and even have holes in them in many places like in our room, the hallways and the dining room. The staff are doing their best but it needs investment in repairs. The internet is terrible quality and runs very slow. The internet is a deal breaker for me. I could not stay there again due to the bad internet

Enjoyed our stay very much there. Location was absolutely perfect with beach directly across street and hotel was very family friendly and perfect for children with lots to keep them busy and having fun!

No complaints from us at all!

It’s in the centre of the downtown to get by to the good neighborhoods

Charged ridiculous amount for parking without updating about it when I asked first day why they charged on the card they said it will refund on the card after stay. Don’t provide right info

Location was nice, but it is right on the highway and there is no AC so you can't comfortably have your patio door open because of the ambient noise.

The people staying there were really loud all around us and I called the front desk to tell them but nothing changed. Got very little sleep. The floors were also filthy. Had to check all of my luggage for bed bugs.

Staff was friendly

Place was filthy, there was garbage sitting on the bed when we walked in and a cigarette butt in bathroom sink. Definatly very low grade hotel for high grade cost. Management needs to be more present.

Staff were all kind and helpful. Space was large and as described. Facilities were available and clean. Linens and surfaces were clean. No surprises, got what we paid for.

The building itself is older. Fairly well kept grounds. Being on the ocean there is a damp smell in some of the spaces. Not much anyone can do about that. Found some things under the bed and behind bedside table the indicated by the dust accumulated on the items they had been there for a long while. Needs a good deep cleaning and freshen. Housekeeping needs to do a bit better at the cleaning unseen spaces.
