Manchester Airport Stanley Hotel by Belvilla

Perfect hotel for Manchester Airport also for when I am seeing friends.

Good deal on parking with hotel stay. Spotless rooms and facilities Not helped by housekeeping staff entering room at 7am despite a do not disturb sign

The bed was very comfortable but there was an almighty pipe which pumped disproportionate heat into the room that could only be countered by permanently opening the window. Obviously, that exposed us to the potential for noise from traffic from the road. More of an issue on a weekday than on a Sunday morning when we stayed. The room is a little bit in need of a coat of paint.

Outdated and isnt nothing special. Rooms were wrong too.

Check in far from efficient & by luck spotted we needed to book in our car to avoid a fine- receptionist did NOT tell us this!!!! Rooms very tired.... had to be relocated as tv didn’t work & we had no towels. When we tried to shower there literally was NO water...... a drip of cold water even after trying to run the shower for 10 minutes on hot...! I’ve travelled extensively in third world countries & not experienced anything as bad!!!! Not 4 star at all.

On arrival we were not advised of breakfast time, nit enough towels in the room, hotel dated! Quick to tell us the dog was extra, but didn’t tell us about the late check out or the £20 food and beverage voucher. Lack of staff availability. The lift is like a service lift. The rooms were too hot, strange smell in the stairway. The car park was full and difficult to park, also the car park had very poor lighting. The breakfast was very disappointing and would’ve been better made to order. All in all a disappointing first and last stay!

Hi room really shabby furniture scratched and drab although bedding was clean, reception not very helpful either key didn't work we went back she said have we had it near mobile, really!!!! Only just got key, anyway found there was a fault, no apology just gave us different room, would not stay again. No reflection on hotels. Com

Nice hotel. Reception quick bissy where we got there. After the receptionist gave me our keys had to mention about having a car, could see you had to put your registration on computer screen. And when booking said about £20 voucher, which had to ask about that too. Room had everything you needed. Pub just over the road that we ate at which was okay. We stayed one night as had early flight next morning. We would stay here again

Cold room, no heating, not even the towel rail in the bathroom. 'Party Night' at the hotel, therefore restaurant not open (although bar food available) and very noisy even up on the third floor, culminating in a very disturbed nights sleep when having to leave early next morning for an early flight. Very disappointing.

Our stay started off well. We checked in and rested well. However the next day whilst we were in our room, two other guests that had just arrived were given keys to our room and entered in while we were still there. The guests did apologise even though it wasn’t their fault. The front desk had made a mistake and assumed our room was vacant. As a result, they deactivated our keys too. When we went down to have a word with the lady at the front desk, she was quite sullen and didn’t show any empathy. She responded that it is under investigation, but we still have not informed of the outcome.
