"Best thing was that we were in a great location within the complex"

Loved location as we are "old" and wanted a quiet location.

1) we couldn't open the windows 2) staircase rail was very "sticky." 3) toilet seat was loose

"The stay at Coconut Mallory was good."

The property was fine. I had to ask for the Wi-Fi password and I had to ask for the lock code for the pool.

Staff did not give us required information. Had to ask for the password to the Wi-Fi and the lock code for the pool.
