Days Inn by Wyndham Boerne

Property states it is non smoking but the room they wanted to give us was a smoking room. I turned it down and am trying to get credit

Everything was nice in the room. The only thing I can say negative is that they need to mop the floor better, you don't want to walk without socks, because your feet get really dirty.

Breakfast items were subpar. Stairs going to second floor are coming loose hopefully nobody gets hurt.

1st room had a bad odor. The second room still had odor . There were homeless people hanging around our room.

Hotel is very outdated. Owners large family lives on premises and we encountered oddities during our stay, such as cardboard boxes in the outdoor hallways full of cotton balls and beans ? Grandma often blocked our path to the parking lot. Bedding was stained and old, with cigarette burns in the non-smoking room Furniture was worn out and scratched Air conditioning was old but worked. Walls dirty and in need of fresh paint. Random shopping carts were in common areas. Ice machines were broken and full of grossness. Breakfast was free though: small muffin juice and coffee. Suite had first generation microwave and was stained and gross., no utensils, no pans. Iron had melted plastic all over it. Lighting was very poor. Expedia should not represent this hotel.

Had at least 2 dozen dead crickets in the room

Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean rooms.

Location, clean and great price.

Trashy car in the parking lot. Tires were flat, and registration was expired. 2018 looked like someone was living in car.
