I was just happy because I was 1hr late and I thought I would miss the check in but they called me to know that if I came or not and after they know that I'm on my way they let me know that when I arrived I just let them know so they will do my check-in

Adequate number of light points. Bedding suitable.

No wash hand basin in toilet. Shared sink in food prep area. Most unhygienic Access into toilet restricted by bedding. Unable to use shower recess due to step into area. No handrails in toilet shower area inadequate for elderly/ disabled.
