The receptionist at night Hardiyanto was very nice

The towels were extremely old , they became grey... Also the bedsheets are dated with stains . Generally a bit old hotel

It's a reputable international chain Hotel. Has standard services and cleanliness

Actually the location is alright. I just don't like the railway train across the Hotel and the traffic lights crossing the railway.
