The cleanliness and the comfort

The staff making noise in the passages and the beeping sound in the room the whole night ,the parking was not what i thought it would be.

"A bit disappointed this time around - not the same quality as previous stays"

We have stayed at the facility quite a few times because it has always been a pleasure staying there and it's location is convenient. We booked a room with a kitchen (paid more than the cost of the room we got in the end)

We did not get the room with self-catering facilities as booked. We received keys to another room, but it is not convenient to cook in one room and stay in another. Our table were and veranda area were not cleaned on Sunday
