Abzocke. Ankunft etwas vor Mitternacht. 3 Nächte über Exp. gebucht. Schlüssel nur gegen "Nachzahlung" von umgerechnet 100€. Begründung, wir hätten das Zimmer nur von 20 Uhr bis nächsten Tag 12 Uhr mittags gebucht. Für die fehlenden 8 Std. wäre eine Nachzahlung erforderlich. Ich reise weltweit. So etwas dreistes habe ich noch nie erlebt. Beschwerde kommt über Exp..
