Quality Inn Warsaw near Rappahannock River

Expedia never sent my reservation to the property, so I did not get to stay and had to drive home 2.5 hours unexpectedly. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA

This place was perfect for my needs. A clean, safe place, to rest my head and a way above average staff. The staff were so kind and helpful. I wouldn’t think twice about booking with this place again. The ONLY issue we had was that the pool is not open. Not a deal breaker but it was not listed as closed and so we were expecting it to be open. We survived, lol.

One comforter was covered in black substance. The phone was covered in what seemed to be orange soda. TV only worked the morning we left. Beds hard as rock. Eve

Everything was nice

Pool broken, entry lock did not function, bathroom door did not lock

The hotel is old, musty smell, bugs in the bathroom, the mattress is on top of a metal box that made noise all night; room drab, no local TV stations, Direct TV with all old TV shows; one of my family had a bug in their bed; breakfast very limited, nothing fresh

Staff was very friendly, there was a bug in one of the beds, crack in bathroom ceiling and mold, the breakfast food was not that good, couldn't eat waffles or eggs

We had stayed here before with no issues, but this time our stay was not enjoyable at all. There was no mention of there being a pet fee of $50 per night when I made the reservation on Hotels.com. They would not compromise. The Wi-Fi was unusable which was very frustrating and the extra protection lock on the door was missing.

First room AC not working moldy smell leak from AC that rug full of water they moved us to another room that TV not working and bathroom filthy moved us to supposed to be an upgrade but the upgrade that had a stove did not work and pictures show the upgrade so 3 rooms they put us in had something not working never again

Stayed in room 103, hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Not much water comes out of the shower try adjusting it no go. The beds when you lay down in them make funny sounds. I’m in my 60s and I’ve never heard. Sounds like that from the bed and then there are sounds. I thought it was someone in the room next-door. I don’t know if it’s a pipe or whatever it is but it’s right behind the headboard and it’s not Easy to sleep considering I spent more than 20 years in the Navy and I’m used to strange sounds like pipes clanking, and everything. This one was somewhat disturbing. The one thing that really irked me was no Internet when I called their Internet support company. I was lied to repeatedly when they said that it is not a wide open network. Well, I don’t know what you would call it because you don’t need a password to login Eventually after I changed a few settings on my phone, which were mostly security settings. I was able to get on welcome back to the age of AOL dial up. It was so slow. For those of you that don’t know what a wide open Internet is. It’s the big threat that you’re always intimidated by going to a cybercafe or something whether there’s no password and all the bad characters could be sitting there waiting for you if you don’t have a VPN and a good antivirus No Internet is kind of frustrating. Three people in the room and we weren’t able to use the tiny minuscule bit of bandwidth that we could get in the hotel was not full by any means. Personally, I would stay someplace else if I came back to the area the staff was nice, but the building is just not accommodating. It seems like the Quality Inn brand is anything except for quality. You either get a nice building which looks nice on the outside a.k.a. nice rapper but then it’s the little things that are garbage. I’m sorry, but in today’s day and age everything including the TV set most of the time runs on Wi-Fi Stayed at a different quality in the building look like it should’ve been condemned, but the Internet actually required a password and it was actually pretty good. Choose your poisons.
