Quality Inn Warsaw near Rappahannock River

I am too late to review my stay on Choice.com as the time period has expired, but I feel it worthwhile to bring attention to an ongoing issue I have. My stay was alright and have no complaints or compliments about this hotel or it's staff. After checking out I realized I left an item of some importance to me in my room. I was too far to go back so I attempted to contact the hotel by phone. For three days I called many times each day... they do not answer the phone. It has been two weeks now and I just tried again with no answer. Ok so they don't answer the phone so 2 weeks ago I reached out to Choice Customer Care and a case was created. Two weeks ago they reached out to the hotel and today I just called them and they have not had a response from Quality Inn Warsaw Near Rappahannock River. The only thing I can do is write this review because anything else is out of my hands. I do not understand how the staff/management can not take a few minutes to check the room, retrieve the item and respond directly to me or Choice.

Pleasant staff for checking in and out. Room, bed and shower very nice

The staff were very friendly. The room was not well kept. Sheets were clean but peeling ceiling in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. Used wash cloths were hanging on the shower curtain rod.

Our room was bug infested. We checked in, then out 2 hours later. The front desk person was friendly, but the bugs were a no go. I've contacted customer service, so we'll see how they respond. Not optimistic regarding any refund, but we'll see.

Visit area several times a year, always stay here. Nice seeing General Manager Sha’ron and Staff. Welcome new employee Chris

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels for work and this is truly the worst internet I’ve ever come across. It can’t even load a website in a timely manner or stream a show without buffering every 10-15 seconds. “Free high speed internet”; laughable.

I was just looking for somewhere clean and safe to sleep while in Callao for pool tournament. The reviews for this place are not good but some of my team have stayed here without problem so I thought I would give it a try. I glad I did! The lady (Pat) at the front counter was very friendly. The hotel is older and could use some updating, but the room was clean. The hotel was quiet. I didn't have any problems with any of the things mentioned in the other reviews. Give them a shot!

Stayed here once and was locked out when returning for the evening.

Breakfast could be improved. There wasn't any coffee available and no hot food. The shower made a high pitch shriek at times and a stream of water was coming out of the top of the shower head. The room door was hard to open and close. The staff was friendly and we slept well.

The staff was great and it was very clean. There just needs to be a handful of maintenance things addressed. The shower is very loud and first thing in the morning that’s not great lol. The light flickered a lot in the bathroom, gasket on the mini fridge was torn so the freezer was over frosted, the room keys were hard to get to work, and the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way unless you put all your force in it. Other than that it was an average stay.
