Best Western Mountain View Inn

Worst Hotel experience in my life at this place! We ended up leaving after a little over 2 hours of being there unnerved and feeling unsafe. Starting around 11pm someone above us was pacing back and forth with no breaks, which in itself was strange at that time of the night. No rugs or carpets did not help break the noise. Front desk was moderately helpful. I could tell they were uncomfortable with the situation but weren't really doing anything to actually resolve the situation or make it easier for us. They apparently asked the person to stop but he denied making any noise and then proceeded to the same pacing which made us feel like there was something off about this situation. I asked front desk to come check but they didn't. No other rooms available, so it was stay awake all night feeling unnerved or leave. We ended up driving in the middle of the night and then paying for another hotel room (at a very high last minute rate). I told front desk I would be asking for a refund but trying to talk with the manager was a 4 week long ordeal. I had to call at least 8 times to get to speak to a manager (never called me back or gave an acknowledgement to my email) and in the end after discounting my account of the facts, she refused to give us a refund. No accountability or sense of responsibility to their clients. Obviously these were specific circumstances but it makes me wonder about the Best western customer support policies. Will stay away from their hotels from now on.

Outdated, old, and very dark but the price is a little higher

Staff at night made me feel like I was a burden. The shower had to be cleaned. First time this happened since going to the Best Western in Springville, UT in the last 16 years

Good place and a very fair price

Good location very quiet and clean

The shower in room #235 had black mold along the grout lines and pink foot athlete foot mold on bottom of shower floor. Tooth cleaning pick was left on the foor of bathroom from previous guest. Entrance into the room was not vacuumed and floor was dirty. Electrical outlet at desk was hanging out of the wall. Computer desk chair was extremely worn and should have been thrown in trash months ago. I hope I can upload photos of all of these unsanitary items. The management offered a $25.00 refund. Room#235 was not looked at after the repair or cleaning team had completed the room. There is no regard to customer satisfaction or safety at this Best Western.The breakfast was unimaginable. A corner gas station would have had better choices. If corporate funds this hotel the money is obviously going somewhere else than into the upkeep of this hotel.

Loved our stay. Front desk desk was very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean. No carpets . Love that. Definitely be staying there again
