The staff was not helpful, the facility had potiential but it was old and minimal. There was a nice spa and treatment were excellent! Rooms were simple and morning breakfast was good. Watch your bill as they added extra charges, we never went to bar but there were charges. Great location block to main shopping street 3 blocks from beach. I would not stay there again, but we had a nice trip. There are many hotels to stay at in this area.

Hotellet står som ett fyrstjärnigt hotell men dess standard är inte på den nivån. Hotellet har troligen inte renoverats de senaste 20 åren. Poolen som ser stor och härlig ut på bilderna är liten och personalen i poolbaren kan inte några drinkar. Vårt rum luktade mögel efetr man duschat och när vi påtalade detta i receptionen var de mycket tillmötesgående och gav oss ett nytt, bättre, rum. Dock nådde inte wi-fi upp till rummen. Hotellet ligger perfekt med närhet till både Ischia Porto och Ischia Ponte nära huvudgatan men är inte lika fint som dess klassificering eller värt det priset.

"Best experience "

Our stay at the hotel was amazing!! We really loved it! Everything was great.... location, service (all stuff was very helpful), attitude! Our room was big and tidy! The food was really tasting! I’m really pleasantly impressed! So far this hotel is the best one I have ever stayed, even if I wanted to find any defects ..... there are non! I will definitely recommend this hotel! Great job to the staff!!!!

Hotel tutto sommato buono. le camere potrebbero essere più spaziose. Ho prenotato una tripla confort, ma mio figlio ha dormito su un divano letto. Non è confort questo. La piscina lascia un po' a desiderare, in quanto tre le fughe delle piastrelle era tutta sporca. se si grattava con le unghie veniva via il terriccio formatosi. Avrebbe bisogno di un pulizia. Nel contempo l'hotel è situato in una ottima posizione, vicino al centro dello shopping

"Hübsches Hotel, sehr ruhig und nah zum strand"

Empfang gleichgültig, Personal nicht zuvorkommend, infos mussten erfragt werden. Nur italienische Sprache. Meine Anrufe wurden einfach unterbrochen. Nur Zimerreiniging war nett und fleissig

"Nice stay in Ischia!"

Hotel o.k. lovely room and very clean. Tea and coffee facilities available on request. Nice pool area. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment. Very close to shops, restaurants and beach. Only negative was possibly reception staff, could have been more friendly and informative. A lick of paint on corridors would be beneficial.

diciamo che per essere un albergo a quattro stelle dovrebbe essere un.po" superiore,bisogna ristrutturare l"albergo , I bagni sono datati, la posizione ottima . le signore della reception gentili.
