Front desk very helpful when I called 911 to get my wife to a nearby hospital. Also great helping me get an extra 2 nights stay until she was released. Breakfast was good. Front desk also provided good food recommendations.

More handicap parking spaces. All handicap accessible rooms should be on ground floor and have walk-in showers. While breakfast was good, I’ve seen things like biscuits and gravy at other hotels - suggest adding that.

It was all right. Staff friendly.

The arrangement of tables and chairs was awkward. We ended up having to eat by the front door, which was cold and loud and busy.

I liked that the hotel was located close to restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly. The room and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
