The room was clean and comfortable.

We went at 9am to eat breakfast and it didnt end until 10am. There was no bacon, no pancakes, no orange juice, etc. It was dirty and messy.

"Decent room but noisy"

Meh. Ultra light bacon and dry scrambled eggs.

Too much noise from the teams of girls and boys staying there. Kids were in the hall during the day, going in and out of doors until 10 pm at night or later, closing the doors loudly. I called the front desk to complain and they said they'd handle it but the noise didn't stop until are 10 pm or a little later. The room didn't have strong artificial smell but had the faint odor of wet dog.

Excellent stay except for check in experience. room not ready at 3 pm so gave me another room that was dirty / not ready when I walked in. Staff was apologetic and corrected it with next room.

It was the only place available ‘ I can see why it was expensive for what we got. It was no 5star … carpet from reception to the lifts need to be replaced. breakfast no pancake machine wasn’t working scrambled eggs were rubber.
