Sehr netter Empfang. Ganz in Nähe tolles Restaurant mit hervorragenden Essen. Sehr ruhige u angenehme Lage. Würde die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

"La gentilezza e l’accoglienza vincono sempre"

Guglielmo è una persona davvero gentile e accogliente, ci ha fatti sentire a casa. La camera era pulita e ordinata non mancava davvero niente. Da notare la bontà del proprietario nel indicarci in maniera precisa possibili ristoranti e attività da svolgere durante il nostro soggiorno. Davvero super consigliato!

"Bene come base d'appoggio per visitare Catania"

Struttura vicino al Centro Città, molto spaziosa con il bagno in camera e un piccolo angolo esterno con panchina e tavolino. Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile nel soddisfare le nostre richieste anche per info luoghi da visitare in Città.

Unica nota negativa per quanto mi riguarda ma sono abitudini, il letto e in particolar modo il materasso visto che risulta basso e poco rigido.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Guglielmo , il proprietario è stato il punto forte delle nostre vacanze, sempre pronto nel darci consigli sui posti da visitare e sul dove andare a mangiare. Cambio asciugamani senza chiedere , e pulizia bagno giornaliera . Check out ritardato alle 18.00 su nostra richiesta e avendo la stanza libera subito accettato. Paolo due notti 25 / 28 ottobre 2025

We loved that place! The location is excellent, only few minutes to walk from the centre and the main street where the bars and restaurants are. The whole interaction with Gugliemo was easy. He is a wonderful person, ready to help. Offered us coffee, snacks and even sweets when we leave the property, and is sincerely good snd happy with his clients. The room was clean, big, quiet, and we had very good sleep.

Nothing negative to say from our side.
