Guglielmo è stato un oste eccezionale, attento, preciso e gentilissimo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, così come la posizione, a 10 minuti dal centro di Catania.

Guglielmo is the best host I’ve had! He welcomed us with a free upgraded room and let us come before the official check-in time. He then spent 30 minutes with us offering cold water and giving us tons of recommendations. We only stayed one night- but I wish we could’ve stayed longer!! It was a great and comfortable last nice in Sicily.

Guglielmo is a great host. He was very welcoming giving tips for the city and helping me with information about the bus to the airport. The room is simple but comfortable and clean. The location is great. I really recommend it.

Guglielmo is awesome, was so accommodaging and gave great tips for the city. The place is well located near the centre. The room is clean and has everything we needed for our stay. We stayed the sat-sun night, and at least on our stay the place was quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious, clean and well equipped room, in a very convenient location, near Villa Bellini, just a short minute walk from the historical centre, ideal for any kind of traveler visiting Catania. The real highlight however is the owner/host Guglielmo who is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. His genuine interest and welcoming attitude goes above and beyond, showcasing sincere care for the guests, and forming real relationships. From the moment you reach the property and every moment from then, he will be actively there for you, offering the best tips for Catania and Sicily, treating you with delicious coffee and constantly checking in to make sure that your stay is excellent. We left Catania having made a new friend. If you are looking for an affordable, but extremely confortable, enjoyable and pleasant stay, this is the place for you!

If you plan on staying here, be prepared to be welcomed by the most heart-warming, kind, joyful and friendly host you will ever come across. From the moment we arrived (on very short notice) until we were back home Guglielmo genuinely cared about our well being and experience @ his place and Catania. His tips and recommendations were always spot on and guided us to some less frequented places around the city (certainly food wise). Room and bathroom are spotless, well maintained and have A/C. All rooms do have private bathrooms, but not all of them are en-suite. If this is of importance to you just make sure to book the right one. Anyhow, don't let this be a deal breaker as Guglielmo's kindness will easily make up for this! For coffee lovers around, his morning espresso/cappuccino will give you a lovely start of the day and are by far one of the better coffees we have ever had staying at hotels/B&B's. Most of the sights around are within walking distance and the neighborhood is nice and quiet, certainly to Sicilian standards. All in all just give this place a visit and experience true Sicilian hospitality.

Guglielmo, thank you so much for your hospitality. I’ve never had such an incredible host. During our short stay, he treated us to delicious fruit in the evening and the best espresso in the morning. He also gave us clear directions to the nearest bus stop so we could easily get to the airport, which was especially helpful as we were quite tired after a long journey from another part of the island. The place is spotless and well-maintained, and the neighborhood is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Guglielmo truly went above and beyond. It's a pity it was our last day in Catania, but we will definitely stay at his place again if we return.

The room and the bathroom were comfortable and clean. Localisation is very good, we were able to get everywhere on foot. Many good restaurants nearby and the Main Street & square around 10-15 minutes on foot. The host is super, super nice and helpful, gave us lots of recommendations and helped us with booking attractions and moving around the city. I highly recommend this place!!

Cozy place very close to the city centre. Easy to walk around. Guglielmo is very very friendly, funny and helpful with whatever you need. Lots of good recommendations for food, things to see and do. The room was nice and clean and a perfect size for a couple. We only stayed for one night cause we were going to the other side of Sicily, but if we had been staying for longer we would’ve definitely stayed at Guglielmo’s. Highly recommend, 10/10!
