My uber driver told me that this is NOT a good neighborhood to stay in. We showed up and there were no rooms despite me having a reservation. The owner took roughly ten minutes to come to the lobby (which was full of mosquitoes) (despite arriving exactly when I told I would) and then he pushed me to stay in a room that appeared to be where he was staying (although he appeared to be ready to clean the room for us). We found another hotel.

"Nice comfortable stay"

I was really happy with my stay, Fred was really helpful and made my stay very comfortable including where i could get my meals ( i opted to walk around and not get room service). Fred offered to look after my suitacase after checkout as i had last minute errands which was a nice touch.

Nothing, all was good.
