This is an excellent hotel in the heart of Innsbruck. The overall atmosphere of the hotel well explains the adjective ‘gemütlich’: relaxing, warm, and comfortable. I was given a standard room on the top floor, from which I enjoyed a splendid view on the mountains and on the ‘Golden Roof’. The room was smallish yet excellently organized, and I didn’t feel the need for more space. The Wifi worked perfectly. The hotel’s restaurant was excellen, serving traditional Austrian food. I recommend it highly.

Very central hotel, in the heart of the historical town. The standard room I was assigned was nice, quiet and well-organized, though on the smallish side. The hotel's atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff in the lobby courteous and helpful. Having soujourned more than three nights, I was given a welcome card allowing me to use the public transportaion for free – an excellent plus.

My stay was excellent andI did not find any issue with this property. The hotel's very central location makes the hotel a good starting point for visiting the town.
