Péssimo atendimento do atendente. Chegamos às 23:00 telefone do quarto mudo, tive ir 3 vezes pessoalmente conversar com atendente e não resolveu o problema do ar condicionado não gelava e calor insuportável. Pedi para trocar de quarto e se fingiu de surdo. Noite mal dormida e segueria viagem pela manhã.
