Cannot believe they charge $25.00 for an early check in when you know that several rooms are cleaned and available.

Hotel très récent, bien équipé et moderne dans les équipements. Petit déjeuner simple, varié et sympa, avec peu de monde.

Un personnel peu concerné par ses clients... :( En restant plus d'une nuit, attention il faut solliciter le ménage sinon rien n'est fait.

It’s a great place to have fun and relax at the same time. I really like to enjoy staying.

This is a good place to stay. Rooms are large and clean. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and steam room are all well-maintained and easy to use. The breakfast is fine, and the staff are helpful. We found the short (5 minute) walk to the main street in Calistoga to be a pleasant stroll. The only two things you should know about this hotel are that there is a "limited staffing" model, so housekeeping is by request only. This was fine for us. For the same reason the lobby is only open for a limited period during the day, so things like check-ins and check-outs have strict time windows. Again, this was no problem for us. More of an issue was the lack of a safe in the room, which we found irritating. Overall, I would certainly consider another stay here if I return to Calistoga.

One room was good sized and the second room, though we paid teh same price was tiny - no space to even sit. Breakfast was very basic. Today the elevator was stinking ( like dead animal smell) the one staff we spoke to only spoke spanish and was trying to clean the kitchenand was trying to say that the smell was from there - but we don't know Spanish so I am not sure what she was saying. This was out second stay there this year and this one was disappointing.

The location is excellent — right at the end of downtown Calistoga. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the vineyards we planned to visit: Castello di Amorosa, Sterling Wines, and Chateau Montelena. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked with plenty of towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel also features a nice pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was a highlight — I was traveling with my parents (65+) and a 6-year-old child, and everyone found something they liked. There were omelets, oatmeal, waffles, butter, cream cheese, muffins, bread, and more. I highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone visiting the Calistoga area.
