Hotel said they didn’t have the reservation from Booking. No rooms available anywhere. Had to stay at a very bad motor inn for $600.00. Worse experience ever by all parties

"Hidden Gem"

This was my first visit to a BW Plus property and I was pretty impressed. My King bed room was spacious and clean. Our room did overlook the pool but it was quiet. We were there on a weeknight and there weren't a lot of people around, so I can see how it might be noisy on the weekend. The breakfast buffet was a stand out. The cheesy egg scramble was excellent and it was nice they had a gluten free bagel option. I've stayed at other hotel chains where the complimentary breakfast was just store bought muffins and yogurt cups, so I was pleasantly surprised. The dining area was a bit small but there was dining outside by the water fountain. We'd stay here again...it's a hidden gem amongst overpriced places nearby!

"Wonderful time at the BW Stevenson Manor. We will stay here again next tine we are in Calistoga."

Smallish hotel, well built and comfortable. The receptionist on the front desk was fantastic. She gave us lots of tips and was very friendly. She told us about the shuttle in Calistoga that will take you to the various local wineries or wherever you’d like to go in the area - free of change if you are staying at the BW. The pool, jacuzzi and gym were great. Lots of breakfast options and included in the price 😀
