Luxury Chalet - La Hacienda

I liked how cozy the chalet was, the beach was very accessible and so were the entertainment facilities in the compound, it was a short drive to and from the supermarket and the view was great, the decoration choices made the place feel very homey and nice and the beds were very comfortable

The place needs more regular cleaning by the host. The place was terribly unclean, the kitchen sink was clogged and I had to take multiple months worth of gunk out myself, the baskets were full of trash and some of the kitchenware was grimey and hadn't been cleaned for a while, the kitchen utensils are really lacking and none of the pots had lids, there are no tea spoons or functional knives and the sofa wood is broken so it was extremely uncomfortable

1. Place was cozy and clean, supplied with the necessary equipments at the kitchen. Balcon is there. 2. Near from the beach and the pool. 3. Safe all around so you can feel comfortable for the kids. 4. There are 2 bathrooms which is time saving for a family. 5. There is a very near by market for the daily things. 6. When fixing issue was needed, maintenance team came immediately. 7. MR AHMED HUSSEIN was cooperative all the time when fixing some thing was needed. 8. Free parking and available.

1. All A/Cs need maintenance. They are noisy and turn off suddenly and spontaneously. 2. Curtains need to be changed or repaired. 3. The sofa has some wooden protruding part that hits your body once you sits and makes the sitting uncomfortable.

The chalet was very cozy and very convenient for our needs. The interior design is blends well with the vibes of the area. The chalet was close and easy access to the beach.

The cleanliness could be better specially the kitchen stove and fridge. Maintenance of all the A/C is badly needed. They were noisy and the one in the room with 2 beds was not working. The curtains need adjustment/fixing. A new more comfortable sofa would be a good addition or upholstering the current one as the structure is protruding and can be felt when sitting on it. Lastly, adding a washing machine would be good idea.
