Room is very clean. Like a 5 star!

Loved this hotel. I booked here every time I went to the Philippines. Breakfast buffet is the best and they have everything from gym, to a pool to laundry. Thank you.

I always love staying here. Always so comfy and the breakfast is so good! It's also near the mall and so many restaurant options.

I did ask for extra pillows and they replied they will provide it. When we checked in, it was not but after calling the front desk, they sent the extra pillows right away.

Nice property, clean room, comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. Overall, a good stay, and I would stay there again.

I loved that its right next door to the SM Mall! Plenty of shopping and foods! Plus their restaurant is banging! I love their all you can eat buffet! Their hot showers are very relaxing. We like it so much, we got a membership there! They have a pool on the top floor! The views are excellent.

Everything was good during our stay; however, during breakfast, we had to fall in line. There were a lot of people dining, and we weren’t sure if they were hotel guests or walk-in clients.

I love the breakfast, different selection everyday. I also love it being so close to SM mall

It was a positive experience for me although my request for the two rooms to be close together wasnt met atleast they put us on the same floor. It was unfortunate that we cannot check in early though.
