Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix - Tempe by IHG

It had everything I needed. It was clean, it was quiet the staff was warm and welcoming, it was convenient but not right on the highway - which was very important to me - and it was reasonably priced.

Clean, the staff and location.

Ordered a king room received a double, the room had an over powering smell of bleach or some sort of cleaner. Only had one of the two sliding glass shower door.s. A mob of wild feral cats roam the parking lot. And the braakfast... well thank God it's free. I hope you like the sound of loud airplanes ready for landing at all hours.

Very clean, the beds were comfy, the shower was clean, the entire property was amazing, Tempe lake was walking distance

Nothing it was amazing

The check in lady was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was new and clean. Our room. Was modern and clean.

The hotel is situated right next to 202 and crotch rocket screamer motorcycles race on it all night long. The room has too many night lights and you can't sleep. Then at 5:30am the hotel smoke alarm went off for several minutes. Some guests were evacuating, we could not sue to physical limitations.

The breakfast is amazing. We had waffles, bagel with cream cheese, coffee, scrambled eggs, cinnamon rolls, home fries, and fruits.

The AC and hearing unit is very noisy.

The doors were small & narrow to get through. I am a wide person. The showers were small as well. There were no towels of any sort in my room & took them 3 calls for them to bring up towels. Parking was very minimum & location to get off from the freeway reminded me of El paso, tx.

Difficult to see what entrance to get into. The signage was not clear.
