"No horrible, but needs work."

Location was good. Staff was very nice.

Parking lot was very rough and covered with sheet ice. Not very safe for customers carrying luggage. The AC in the room did not work. They moved us to another room but that AC was broke as well. The staff was able to relocate us to another room with an operable AC.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help whenever needed. "Our stay was very good"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well looked after. The bathroom had lots of space for toiletries and the shower had excellent hot water pressure.

I didn’t like that our room was such a long walk down the hall but I understand that we had checked in earlier than 3:00 and there were no other rooms ready at the time.
