Reception by the employee, all full of real smiles, chatty and eager to meet your needs.

Nothing really about the staff, they are excellent in many ways however, my observation which could be wrong is that they would benefit with another extra pair of hands, seems to be working long hours /days. A big establishment to be managed by 2 or 3 people on any given day/night. Despite that they are delivering excellent but have observed what appeared to be exhaustion to one particular worker who worked Monday to Monday. They sang praises about their employer.
