Spark by Hilton West Coxsackie

What was a promising overnight stay started with Hilton keyless check in issues of not having any info or map floor to decide which room. Chat was unhelpfully cryptic . We settled on guessing that room 131 would be far from main area and quiet. Tried to get upgrade but chat refused to acknowledge question Though it was not filled hotel. Front was clean and nice , hall way looked tired room was very clean and nice. Yes sink is outside the bathroom along the wall with desk and kitchenette sink. Overall ok. Bed and pillows comfy, bathroom clean and nice, though tight but good enough. Good night sleep, quiet but walls are thin and early morning door slamming as guests exited. At 8:30am the maid walked in without a knock on the door door although checkout is 11am. We complained , got a sorry. Breakfast as described. Muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, bananas. Good enough. Stop. I woudl stop here again for a night but not a long stay. Be warned this hotel has no elevator. Ground floor is the best option if you don’t want to carry your luggage up the stairs. They do have carts to unload from your car.

If you stay downstairs, pray you have no children above your room. It’s very noisy.

Easy to book and get into the room. Staff were great. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. I highly recommend it.
