The property is well taken care of, and there are lovely flowers and roses growing in front of the doors

The owners are very friendly and nice. Our room was very clean and spacious with working refrigerator and microwave. Easy to have our dog with us.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was in a small town with few options, but it turned out to be just the ticket for us as we made our way across Texas. This is not a large chain hotel. It is a small, older hotel that has been renovated, which for us, added to its charm. The room had a table and chairs, everything seemed new. It was close to the highway, with easy access to the main part of town, which was charming and had several good options for take out food. An overall very good experience.

Clean, convenient. Comfortable beds. Good shower.

NOISY! Super bright lights (think aircraft landing lights!) made using bathroom mirror difficult. Diesel trucks starting up at 5 am and idling for half hour, no breakfast, tiny pillows and towels. Bed linens the cheapest possible. This hotel is primarily a long-stay venue.
