Guests highly rate the staff is wonderful and frequently praise the it was really nice.
The outside grounds were dirty. A lot of trash in parking lot and surrounding grounds. One person receptionist not friendly and absent from desk for over 10 min upon arrived. Observed her in her vehicle in parking lot upon arrival.
We were impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and our room.. the staff were always pleasant and friendly
Air conditioning did not work properly. The carpet was soaked from the air conditioner dripping in the room. Coffee cup lids were dirty and had hair in them. Window frames were filthy. Shower head looks like it never gets cleaned. Bedding was dirty. Couldn’t sleep from hearing all the noise from the other rooms all night long. Chair in the room was filthy.
This hotel is in a very dangerous area of sharonville. Felt so unsafe that my husband and I did not even feel comfortable getting out of the car. We decided to drive 2 hours back home. We called the hotel the next morning to share our experience and they said there was nothing they could do. No refund allowed. They had us as no show. We will never book with this hotel line again. Safety is are number one priority. I wish I could rate it as a -10 ⭐️
