Sehr gute Lage, außergewöhnliche Ambiente. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse.

Das Bad hat modrig gerochen. Deshalb wurden wahrscheinlich zwei Raumdüfte platziert.

We stayed in a true palace, like in an aristocratic movie, right in the heart of this amazing Seville. Almost all of must-see points were at walking distances, lot of restaurants, bars, shops a.s.o. From the beautiful rooftop terrace we had the whole city at our discretion. A very well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, cozy and quiet rooms. The palace has a luggage storage and some common areas we could use after the checkout. Also, the host Nuria was unbelievlebly kind, she waited for us in the night even we were late, she provided us all the useful information we needed, she helped us to reprocure (mailing them to our home) some things we forgot there.

Sorry, but we liked everything

Kleines, schönes, sauberes, zweckmäßiges Apartment in idealer Innenstadtlage mit Nutzung einer ca. 50 qm Dachterrasse. Wunderbares altes Gebäude mit Patio, geschmackvoll ausgestattet.

Einziger, leicht zu verschmerzender Kritikpunkt: Wasserdruck im Bad-Waschbecken sehr schwach.

This is a unique property in great location with amazing view from the terrace.

Unfortunately, our stay in Seville was very disappointing. Upon arrival at the apartment, we discovered that there was no hot water. The problem was not resolved during our entire stay. On the second day we were offered to move to another apartment a few streets away. This was very inconvenient for us, as it would have required moving during our short three-day stay. We were also offered the possibility to use a bathroom in another apartment in the same building, which was a more acceptable solution for us. However, the next day we were informed that this apartment had been rented out and we could no longer use that bathroom. Once again we were offered to move to another apartment in a different location, which was also not acceptable for us. As a result, for the entire three-day stay we were without a basic comfort such as hot water, and the whole situation was very stressful for us. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip turned into a source of significant discomfort and stress. We were offered some compensation for above but it was a nightmare to get this sorted. We had to be the middle person between property and booking.com. We spent so much time on phone calls, emails, chats. Taking all the inconvenience caused this should have been resolved between property and booking.com

Great location. Quiet neighborhood but right in the city centre. The apartment has everything you need. Good bed.

The building itself echoes noise in the apartment. Someone was doing laundry late at night and we could hear it very well in our apartment. Same for someone showering in another apartment, but that might be old pipes in an old building. The shower head really needs to be replaced or cleaned.
