The room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink and stained bedsheets. The staff agreed to refund me for my stay in the morning as they agreed the room was unclean and they had no other rooms available. In the morning they refused to give me a refund. They demanded a cash deposit even though I paid in full online and when I didn’t have enough cash they demanded to keep my passport until I checked out
