"cheap so you get what you pay for"

cheap, and AC works (takes some time to actually turn on). 7/11 only 5 min walk

wasn’t as clean as the pictures, only shower gel given so have you use it for bathroom and shower. location not great, v far from everything so you have to get a grab/bolt to anywhere

Reception was nice and clean

Bed was hard, pillows were hard, TV didn’t work and no instructions on how to work it. Bathroom overflowed to toilet area and puddled, so always wet area. Air con VERY noisy, and not functioning 100%. Not local to town, staff didn’t offer any transport options information on check-in

Nothing like, rude and was always trying to scam us for money

They didn’t clean in the 3 days I stayed there even tho the cleaning room sign was on the door before 12:00 Room was dirty, nothing worked toilet broken. Rude staff Bad service Made us pay a fine on 500 baht for the 3 day old not clean towels

"Disappointing "

Stayed an extra few nights due to no train tickets to next destination. I have to say the service was quite poor. No cleaning despite leaving the hanger on the door. As a result ants in room and we ended up buying bug spray. Don't get me wrong we are used to bugs in Thailand but there were no bugs until the cleaners didn't come. I had left hanger on door and spoke to reception the day before requesting cleaner but no one came. We had a leaking toilet and a continuous puddle in bathroom, not sure of the health side of things with this as it was coming from toilet. Again, reported but no one came to resolve so we ended up finding our own towels to wrap around the bottom to soak up the excess water that came each time. Location ok for train station but everything else needs to be looked at.
