"Thats not what we booked!!!!!!!"

We booked a room on my mobile phone. We booked 2 QUEEN size bed, the room had 2 double beds. Not GOOD !!!!!!! The in room tea and coffee was terrible. No dairy milk or cream. We are in room 129. I hope we did not pay for 2 queen size bed room? Thats not what we got! When we were in bed , could hear people walking around upstairs. .
