The breakfast and breakfast staff were great

The room wasn't ready and they made us feel unimportant. Check-in staff was not helpful First room - bathtub stop was leaking and would not hold water. Moved to another room. Pillows were not comfortable

Nice staff, great restaurant on site

Shower valve was loose and a little faulty, went from cold to scalding, figured it out eventually that you have to press on the valve to turn it And TV remote didn't work great, but wasn't a great concern

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The heat did not work the first night. They did get it going eventually. The room was not cleaned well the second day. The bathroom was not cleaned or restocked. Coffee and tea was not re stocked. The only thing the did was make te bed.

The people are so friendly and the food at the Bistro was fantastic! Front desk staff, restaurant staff and cleaning staff were all tiop notice!
