Why is a hotel room worth close to $300 per night? Why do hockey parents allow the children in their care to run up and down hallways in a hotel where I paid close to $300 per night for a quiet, restful stay?

"Expected better,"

Breakfast was very good. Service was prompt and friendly. Room location on 1st floor was very good considering our advanced age. Front desk were helpful and courteous. Location was very good.

No kleenex in the room. Needed more facecloths The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The toilet was very low
