Excellent service at the front desk. Cleaning carts were in front of my door for a while which made it a bit cumbersome to go in and out. Appreciated the warm breakfast and different options.

"Terrible Rooms"

Staff are nice and friendly! However, our room was awful!!! Too many cleaners were used to mask the musky moldy wet stink. We went and bought an air freshener and placed by the bed so I could sleep. Thank goodness my husband sleeps with a sleep machine and did not have to smell that all night!! After being in our room, I could not stomach having any breakfast there! I agree with a previous review, this hotel is NOT up to the standards of Best Western!

The hotel was good. The outdoor pool was not ready for swimming which was disappointing to the grandsons. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable

It was just okay. Sheets were scratchy and the tile floor a bit sticky, but that might have been due to humidity. They had quite a bit of rain before I arrived.

It was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. I would stay there again. Loved the Gazebo out back to sit and talk. Had a grill but did not use.

I wanted to cancel this date, i madw ut in mistake. I was told by the hotel employee i could not do so. I left an email on their website n never heard from them on canceling the stay. So now im stuck paying for a room i didnt use.

The breakfast was not good. Terrible coffee and things were not refilled in a timely manner. No napkins, no soap in bathroom dispenser. There as a bug in our room and ants next to the syrup. Rooms outdated. Reviews were very misleading.

Room was not very clean - corners in bathroom not swept/mopped, hair all over the bathroom and coffee table. When we entered the room it had a bit of a smell and was humid, bedding felt damp. Went down to breakfast at 8am on a weekday and almost everything was empty. Did get a free upgrade at check in for some reason, but don’t think we’ll stay again unfortunately.
