Noise from traffic but can’t really be helped and missed having a fridge in the room to keep water cool - other than that lovely - food excellent and staff lovely 😁.

India was incredibly helpful and accommodating.She is the best person in the place! Was a bit noisy as staff moving tables late into the night after a quiz Breakfast average and member of staff on duty bit brusque and obviously wanted us out wll before finishing time of breakfast Coffee not worthy of tom kitchen standards in our opinion

Great location. Polite and helpful staff. Dog friendly. Comfortable and clean accomodation. Lovely breakfast and dinner (apart from Christmas Day).

We stayed over the festive period and had Christmas Day lunch with family. There were too many covers, consequently the staff were overwhelmed and the quality of food not up to the usual standard. If you charge £175 per head then it needs to be excellent.
